Attendance:
Gerry Higgins, Florence Mooney-Cotter, Mary Beth Smith,
and Regina Stiles. Excused Michelle Jacques
The Bylaws were reviewed and approved unanimously.
Gerry suggested sending a welcome letter encouraging members and nonmembers to join or
rejoin along with the membership form and request it be mailed back.
It was suggested to send two different emails. One to existing members and one to all national
ASPMN members in Virginia. We also want to capture membership at the educational offering
